Cancellation/Refund Policy

At GemTravels, we prioritize your satisfaction with our tour packages. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your booking, we offer a cancellation option within 14 days of receiving the booking confirmation. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be initiated, excluding any additional charges such as shipping or taxes, if applicable.

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your cancellation to be processed and the refund to be credited to your account.

Kindly note that GemTravels will only issue refunds for services, tours, etc purchased directly through our platform. Refunds will not be provided for purchases made through other entities, including distributors or retail partners.

In order to process a refund, we require the actual receipt of the service(s) or proof of payment. Without this documentation, we regret that we are unable to issue a refund.

Our aim is to accept all cancellations promptly. However, if, for any reason, a cancellation cannot be processed, we encourage you to contact our dedicated support team for further assistance. Please be aware that all decisions made by the team regarding cancellations are final.
