Tour cost excludes:

• Any Item not mentioned in the include column.
• Expenses of personnel nature like mineral water, laundry, drink, use of in room facilities like pay movies, long distance calls, mini bar etc.

Please Note:

• Tour will be operated subject to minimum of 15 full paying passengers traveling together. In the event of Group size less then 15 passengers, you will be given an option of traveling on SEAT IN COACH basis by paying additional amount of Rs. 5,000 per person. When the tourist traveling on SIC basis, there will be possibility where the driver act as a guide.
• Meals are pre-set and a choice of menu is not available.
•  In the event of cancellation of the tour from the side of passengers, only credit note will be given after deducting the cancellation charges.
• Company reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time without prior notice.
• Company reserves the right to change/alter/amend the tour itinerary if required by the circumstances.
• Standard check in time for the hotels is 1400 Hrs and check out is 1200 Hrs.
• Cost of optional tour is extra and rate will be provided on request.
• There is no refund for any unused services i.e. meals, sightseeing, etc.
• High seasons surcharge applicable for Christmas, New Year and Festival period.
• Due to conventions, trade fairs, it is possible that the hotel accommodation provided would be outside the city.

Visa requirement:

• Valid passport (valid for 06 months from date of traveling)
• Last 06 months bank statements. (personal or company)
• 03 passport size photographs (35 mm x 45 mm white background matt finish – 75% covered by face)
• Return confirmed air ticket.
• Pan Card Copy.

Further information:

Luggage – each person is allowed to take 20 kg of luggage. Do tag your luggage with your name tag that includes address & phone number. It is highly suggested to leave a copy of your passport & itinerary at home with a family member.

Airlines – airport reporting time is 03 hours prior to departure for international flights. Do remember not to carry any sharp objects, oily products, cream, spices, liquid, water or any other items that may not pass the security systems.

Food – food items should be declared on arrival. Pack your food items in clear plastic bags so that it is easily visible.

Please carry a photo copy of your passport & 02 passport size photographs for your safety in case of any emergency.

Always keep your passport; money & other valuables in carry on hand baggage in flight. Do not put any cash, valuables in room safe of the hotels. In case of any loss of such items, management of the company will not be responsible for the same.
