Tour cost includes:

• Accommodation on twin sharing, basis at the Hotels mentioned above.
• All sight seeing and transfers by Qualis or Sumo in Kashmir part & Scorpio/ Innova / Xylo / Similar vechile in Leh part (Shared by 6 paying pax).
• In Leh part car will be Non – Disposal.
• All meals with special arrangement for Jain meals by our own chef.
• Hotel food at Kargil & Uley.
• Food services:
  Morning: Bed Tea, Breakfast with two hot dishes, Toast, Corn Flakes, Khakharas, Butter, Jam, Methi Sambhar, Tea, Coffee, Milk, Fresh Fruit.
  Lunch: Three Vegetables, Two Sweets, Two Namkeen, Salad, Pickle, two types of Breads, Rice, Daal or Kadhi, Papad, Chas.
  Afternoon: Tea / coffee and light snacks (cookies, biscuits, light refreshments).
  Evening Dinner: Soup, starter, one namkeen, one sweet, rice, daal / kadhi, change of items from , Mexican, Italian, Chinese, Punjabi, Gujarati, South Indian & desert.
  At night: Masala milk.
• Dry fruits & dry snacks during road journey.
• Daily provision of two Bisleri bottles for each passenger.
• Non – attached washroom at Sonmarg Tent & Nubra Valley.

Tour cost does not include:

• 2.58 % tax mandatory.
• Any air fare/ train fare.
• Any pony charges, Rafting Charges & Camel safari
• Any expenses of personnel nature like tips, laundry etc and item not mentioned in the include column.
• Anything not specifically mentioned in “tour price includes”.

Mobile Networks: All postpaid connections except Reliance.

Important notes:

• The Normal Check in time at all hotels is 12 Noon .Only In case of rooms being empty the same would be allotted on arrival.
• There would be no refund for the road blocks at Nubra and Pangong Lake due to natural calamity the alternate accommodation cost at Leh due to the same would have to be paid by the passenger directly.
• The vehicle will not wait at Market and will not do the sightseeings not mentioned in the itinerary. Those wishing to do extra sightseeing would have to pay the amount directly.
• The vehicle will not be at passenger’s disposal and will only do sightseeings mentioned in the itinerary (STRICTLY).
• The vehicle will not do any extra sightseeing in case the road to Pangong is shut halfway and the vehicle has to return as the permit has already been paid for.
• Company will not bear any cost for flights cancelled or Delayed due to bad weather or any other reasons given by the airline. Cost for accommodation and transport in such cases will have to be borne by the passenger.
• No commitments would be given for car – it would be Scorpio / Xylo / Innova / Grand Sumo/ Qualis.
• Camps at Nubra have common baths.
• No refunds for unused transportation or services.
• No changes in the date of travel once booked.

Note:

• Baggage allowance: only 20 Kgs check in luggage allowed per person.
• It is advisable to rest for first 24 hrs upon your arrival at Leh as you have travelled from low altitude to high altitude for acclimatization.
