Terms & Conditions to participate in a BMW Draw:

1. This offer is valid only for those fixed departures, package tours in domestic and international published by M/S. Gem Tours & Travels Pvt. Ltd.

2. This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer.

3. This offer attracts only one coupon INR 10,000/- spent on domestic or international package tours. (For e.g. For a package of Rs. 1,00,000/- the traveller will get 10 coupons)

4. Airfare and visa charges cost will be not be forming a part for the draw.

5. Draw will be held in public and coupons will be picked by one of the traveller at our Head office, at Chowpatty, Mumbai.

6. Validation for this draw is only for those bookings made between 1st November 2011 up to 31st October 2012. (as per the Hindu Calendar year)

7. Registration and insurance cost will have to be borne by the winner of the draw.

8. This draw is only for the Indian Residents residing in India. 

9. Coupons should be submitted in our head office before the departure of the tour.

10. Coupons will be given on realization of the full payment of the particular tour.

11. A winner will be entitled to get delivery of his car from his nearest BMW dealer.

12. Lucky draw participating coupons are non-transferable and non cashable.

13. A winner will have a choice to select between two model BMW X1 or BMW 3 series.
